History} The Condesce
Personality} Born to the most powerful caste on her planet, the Condesce embraced her role in troll society as the heir to the throne. Being that it was a position that required murdering her predecessor, she rapidly rose to power and did exactly that in order to take her place. She has absolutely no qualms about being a vicious dictator that keeps her powerbase however she pleases. Her lusus, a guardian of sorts, had the ability to kill trolls with just a whisper-- murder entire castes-- and she took advantage of that whenever it was necessary. Sometimes, maybe just because it seemed like a good idea at the time. The lives of her subjects tended to mean less than nothing, particularly the lower blooded trolls at the very bottom. They lived for such a short time, they were little more than canon fodder and slaves in her estimation.
Beneath her iron fist, Alternian society flourished and she did very well to keep it that way for thousands of years. She is not the kind of woman that rests on her laurels, however. An incident led to her banishing all adults off of the planet and she went with them. With her favorite slave powering her battleship, she took great joy in conquering countless civilizations. She very specifically enjoys conflict and strife, and she excels at it. It would be fair to consider her a heartless, genocidal maniac with absolutely no sense of morality whatsoever. She didn't have any use for it, she was just too busy taking over countless worlds.
This doesn't mean that this wildly materialistic sea-Hitler lacked any regard for her people. When an incident out of her control wiped out almost all of her race, she destroyed her favorite slave in the process of getting him to the broken remnants of the planet. Losing her race is a sore point for her, something she revisited after finding herself working beneath Lord English-- the closest thing you can get to death himself. Under his command, she managed to infiltrate human society in another universe very well. So well, in fact, that decades went by where she passed herself off as a human that built a multinational corporation. She even had a husband and raised adopted children, no less, and seems to have a weird trollish sort of fondness for her heiress.
She was Betty Crocker, and eventually Crockercorp used its influence to take over the world. Her tastes are incredibly questionable. She thought it was a great idea to let Guy Fieri run the Supreme Court and the Insane Clown Posse were the two presidents of the United States. Civilization as Earth knew it collapsed under her decisions, which was pretty much the goal. She's known for her great opinions on who should hold administrative office as a general rule. On Alternia, she had a whole caste of juggalo-esque trolls wrecking shit and a giant black blooded monster acting as a judge. Her true intent on Earth was to replace humanity with clones of her race, but when her efforts failed she just did the next best thing. She imposed the bizarre rule of troll society on her human subjects, her actions leading to the genocide of the human race with a few scattered survivors . (It didn't help that human reproduction was distinctly distasteful to her) She eventually more or less replaced them with a race that had unquestioning loyalty to her because she's into that kind of thing.
The thing is, however, that she's distinctly crude and has her own way of doing things. This is no elegant queen of high manners, she's a sharp bitch that isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She likes some really fucked up shit, obviously, and gets bored easily. Unquestioning loyalty is fine and all, but things need really shaken up. Clowns, for example, she really likes. She'd sooner have clowns run a nation than anything. But, most of all, she hates not being in complete control. Service to another is something she despises because she wants to be the baddest motherfucker out there and for everyone to know that.
Abilities} Holy shit, what doesn't she have?
She has an incredible longevity that she's able to share with another, one in which she has apparently aged very little since reaching her maturity. With a 'touch,' she has the ability to share that length of life with another. Additionally, she has some pretty crazy powers that haven't been explored fully, not to mention the ability to pass as a human for years. Among them being mind control, animal mind control known as communing, and a form of telekinesis known as "psionics." Overall between what was gifted to her by her master and her natural talents, she's just freakishly powerful.
Her skill set includes a vast knowledge of a variety of topics. She's known to do quite a bit more than just dabbling in genetics, subliminal messaging to control the vast majority of the human race, and she has great business sense.
She can also bake a mean cake.
Baggage} Within her sylladex (a canon-specific sort of hammerspace), she doubtlessly has at least a hundred assorted Betty Crocker products. Why? Why not!She'd also have her strife specibus, a double-headed trident known as a 2x3dent, a metric ton of bling, and her cat.
No, seriously. The First Guardian of Earth known as God Cat or GCat is a semi-omnipotent white cat that she controls with her freaky mind powers because what is a villain without a white cat?
